6. Referral Commitment
Grace Shannon Wellness is committed to ethical, client-centered practice for individuals, couples, parents, children, and youth. If at any point the Coach determines that a client's needs are clinical in nature, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, self-harm, suicidal ideation, or any condition requiring licensed therapeutic or medical treatment, the Coach will refer the client to an appropriate licensed mental health professional or medical provider.
For Minors: If clinical concerns are identified, the Coach will notify the parent or legal guardian and provide appropriate referral recommendations. The Coach reserves the right to pause or discontinue coaching services when clinical needs exceed the scope of non-clinical coaching.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Grace Shannon Wellness provides non-clinical coaching services for adults, parents, children, and youth. Individual results vary based on each client's level of commitment, participation, honesty, effort, and personal circumstances. Because every individual and family system is unique, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
The Coach provides tools, strategies, guidance, and support; however, progress depends on each client's level of engagement, participation, and consistency in applying the skills outside of sessions.
For Minors: Progress is also influenced by the consistency of support provided at home. Parents and guardians play an essential role in reinforcing skills and strategies in daily life.
By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that results cannot be predicted or promised.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
