Child & Youth Coaching

Helping Children & Teens
Build Emotional Confidence

Non-clinical, psychology-informed coaching for ages 5–17 — practical tools for big emotions, behavior, and social skills.

Children and teens experience big emotions, real challenges, and complex relationships — just like adults. They simply need guidance, language, and tools to navigate them.

At Grace Shannon Wellness, We offer non-clinical, psychology-informed coaching for children and teens ages 5–17 who need support with emotions, behavior, social skills, or family conflict.

This is not therapy. It is a skills-based coaching service designed to support typical childhood and adolescent challenges.

Little Hearts, Big Feelings

A six-week Child Emotional Wellness Coaching program for children 5–12.

Little Hearts, Big Feelings is a structured 6-week wellness coaching program designed to help children build emotional vocabulary, develop healthy coping habits, strengthen friendships, and grow into confident, resilient individuals. Each 45–60 minute session is warm, interactive, and built around your child's strengths — not their struggles.

This is a coaching program, not a clinical or therapeutic service. It is designed for children experiencing the normal emotional challenges of growing up — big feelings, friendship conflict, school stress, and sports pressure. Our coaches are not therapists or counselors. For clinical concerns, we encourage families to also consult a licensed mental health professional.

This program is available for booking during summer months, preparing your child for back to school. Spaces are limited. Sessions fill quickly.

  • A coach who understands family dynamics and child development

  • Tools that work in real-life situations

  • A partner who supports both the child and the parent

  • A warm, grounded, faith-honoring environment (optional)

Your child doesn’t have to struggle alone — and you don’t have to navigate these challenges without support.

Grace Shannon Wellness provides non-clinical coaching services only. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or crisis intervention.
If clinical concerns arise, families are encouraged to consult a licensed mental health professional.
