Rooted in Grace. Growing in Purpose.
Founder & Relational Wellness Coach | Grace Shannon Wellness
Marchelle Brinson is the Founder of Grace Shannon Wellness, an ordained minister, and a Relational Wellness Coach committed to helping individuals, couples, families, children, and youth navigate real life with greater clarity, confidence, connection, and intention.
Her journey into wellness coaching has been shaped by more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration and Oncology Services, an academic foundation in psychology, a lifelong commitment to faith, and her own experiences navigating marriage, family, parenting, relationships, and life's many transitions.
Marchelle believes that wellness is about more than one area of life. How we see ourselves, communicate, connect with others, navigate change, manage life's challenges, and grow through our experiences all matter. Her coaching approach brings these pieces together through practical, non-clinical support designed to help clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, develop useful skills, and take meaningful steps forward.
Children & Youth Matter
One of the areas especially close to Marchelle's heart is working with children and youth.
Kids matter.
They are tiny little humans with big hearts and even bigger feelings—and they deserve to be seen, heard, respected, and supported.
Children don't always have the words to explain what they're experiencing. Sometimes what looks like frustration, withdrawal, crying, anger, or challenging behavior may simply be a young person trying to navigate feelings, thoughts, experiences, or changes they don't yet know how to express.
Marchelle believes children and youth deserve a safe, supportive space where they can learn about themselves, build self-awareness, develop healthy communication skills, and discover practical ways to navigate the world around them.
Her work with young people is grounded in the belief that supporting a child today can influence the person they become tomorrow.
A Life Shaped by Real Experience
Marchelle's professional and personal experiences have given her an appreciation for the many different seasons people encounter throughout life.
As a wife, mother of four, and grandmother, she understands the joys, responsibilities, changes, and challenges that come with family life. Having experienced divorce and being part of a blended family, she also understands firsthand that rebuilding, adjusting, and creating healthy family dynamics can require patience, intentionality, and new ways of communicating.
Her experience as a homeschooling parent and community volunteer has further strengthened her passion for children, families, learning, and personal development.
Her background in healthcare administration and Oncology Services has also given her years of exposure to individuals and families navigating significant and sometimes life-changing experiences. These experiences have contributed to her desire to provide wellness coaching that acknowledges the whole person and the realities of real life.
Faith, Psychology & Practical Wellness
Marchelle's approach brings together three important elements: psychological science, faith-informed wisdom, and practical relational tools.
Her faith is an important part of who she is, while Grace Shannon Wellness welcomes individuals from diverse faith backgrounds as well as those who do not identify with a faith tradition. Faith integration is available when desired and appropriate to the client's goals.
Marchelle does not believe people need someone to tell them how to live their lives. She believes they often need space to think, tools to navigate, encouragement to grow, and someone willing to walk alongside them.
That is the heart of Grace Shannon Wellness.
A Stronger Life Starts Within.
Through non-clinical Relational Wellness Coaching, Marchelle walks alongside individuals and families as they navigate relationships, personal growth, parenting, life transitions, and the experiences that shape who they are becoming.
Her goal is simple:
To help people recognize their strengths, navigate life with intention, and build the skills and confidence to thrive—not just survive.ot just survive.

Family Resilience
We believe strong families are the foundation of strong communities. Every service we offer is designed to fortify the family unit — however families define themselves.
Cultural Sensitivity
We meet clients where they are — respecting age, diverse backgrounds, family structures, faith traditions, and lived experiences. Inclusive coaching means every client feels seen, heard, and valued.
The Name Behind the Name
Grace Shannon Wellness was founded in honor of my late mother, Willie May Grace (Shannon), whose life reflected strength, wisdom, faith, and unconditional love.
Born 06/10/1944 and transitioned 11/12/2023, she was a woman who believed deeply in family, integrity, and the power of grace.
Her unwavering support and her example of showing up with courage and conviction shaped the woman, mother, and coach I am today. The values she lived by became part of the foundation upon which Grace Shannon Wellness was built.
This practice stands as her living legacy.
With every couple I support, every child I mentor, and every family I guide, her name, her values, and her spirit continue forward.
